All IEM agents are provided on-going training and support needed to achieve excellence in recruiting qualified students. Weekly conference calls, webinars, and an online agent toolbox available through IEM-designed proprietary technology are just a few resources utilized by our agents to meet the established enrollment goals.
Annually, IEM invites the top-performing 20 agents to visit our Corporate Headquarters in San Diego to participate in additional training and familiarization tours of partner institutions.
